Ohhhhh I also finally had the opportunity to design and create a wedding cake ! Too bad for the little time I had to complete.
But this cake is special for two reasons: it has done its part in the surprise party for the wedding anniversary of my cognatuzzi 4 floors and although it is a medium wedding cake because measures only 35 cm.
4 floors of chocolate sponge cake soaked with rum and stuffed with mascarpone cream with dark chocolate chips.
Mom good ...!! Um .. I know I should not say this ... but when something is good, is good!
