pumpkin jam, orange and ginger

A jam spicy flavor: all about the ginger.
addition to use in " pie rice pudding and pumpkin " I have to be spread on bread or on pieces of parmesan cheese ... mmmmmmmm ... that pleasure!

Ingredients for a pint of jam:
  • 500 gr. pumpkin flesh clean and cut into small pieces
  • 2 oranges
  • lemon
  • 15 grams of ginger powder
  • 600 gr. granulated sugar.
Preparation:
Put in a casserole, pumpkin pulp, the peel of half an orange, the juice of half a lemon and ginger. Then add the orange segments cut into a live and cook for about 15 minutes. After blending the mixture with sugar and bake for 20 minutes. Put in glass jars immediately.
