Ingredients for cream:
250 ml milk 3 egg yolks 90 gr
granulated sugar 2 tablespoons flour or cornstarch
30 grams of cocoa powder 1 tablespoon
rum or marsala
250 g mascarpone 1 tablespoon boiling water 3 sheets of gelatin
Procedure:
- Heat milk in a saucepan until almost boiling. Remove from heat.
- Whipping the egg yolks, sugar, flour, cocoa and 2 tablespoons milk in a bowl until the creamy.
- Add the remaining milk a bit 'at a time, stirring constantly.
- filter through to the pan.
- Stir over low heat for 3 minutes, until you notice that the cream thickens slightly and adheres to the back of a wooden spoon.
- Remove from heat and add the liqueur. Pour into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
- Rest until it becomes warm, add the mascarpone, stirring to mix.
- Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes. Then, squeeze and melt them in the tablespoon of boiling water.
- Add the chocolate cream and stir to mix well.
- Pour the cream on Frosties white chocolate into the pan and put in fridge for 2-3 hours.
Tips: This cake
affected by the moisture of the refrigerator, and would agree to eat it after cooling.
