This is the name of Valentine's Day contest held by Cuocicucidici which I participate with this cake superclass, but with a special meaning for me, that goes beyond dell'esclamazione icing.
The contest is called the Hart-to-Hart, both for the obvious similarity with Heart (ie heart, in English), both for the self-titled show of the 80s (in Italy called "Heart and heart-pounding") that revolved around the story of a couple deeply in love, which rich toyed or between the sheets as a hobby or resolve cases of murder, fraud and other goodies.
